Traffic Calming and Improvement Works – Imberhorne Lane

What we’re doing

Traffic calming and improvement works will soon start on Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead.

The scheme will involve …the construction of a crossing point and footpath with splitter islands and New Give and Take system and road markings.

 How will this affect you?

Work is expected to take place between 20th January 2020 to 14th February 2020, between 0700hrs and 1700hrs .

 Temporary traffic management in the form of multiway lights throughout the duration to protect the public and our workforce. Residents will be unable to park in the vicinity of the works whilst operations are being carried out. Access will always be provided to residents within closed areas, although there may be some delay to ensure the site is safe to pass through.

Please plan your journey in advance, and look out for important safety signs along your route. If you have any concerns regarding access during these works please ask the onsite staff, your safety is our priority.
