The Crossways Groombridge, which was built in the 1870s, is a beautiful country house Bed and Breakfast situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Groombridge, but hidden away down a private drive. We are just 4.5 miles from Tunbridge Wells and 11 miles from East Grinstead. We have two luxurious, spacious en-suite rooms and a gorgeous cosy guest sitting room with Victorian panelling (and a log fire in the winter/French windows onto a patio in the summer) and a guest dining room of lovely proportions, all decorated in period colours. 1 x kingsize double (The Lotus Suite) beautifully decorated in period Farrow and Ball wallpaper, with a 1920s feel, plus the mod-cons you’d expect from a luxury B&B: WIFI, TV with DVD player, radio, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities. The spacious en-suite has a huge walk in shower, complimentary Duck Island toiletries are provided as are bath robes, for use during your stay 1 x kingsize/family room (The Master Suite) – this room is huge (30ft long) and will comfortably accommodate a family of five with a kingsize bed, and space-saving beds that we can put in the room as required. Again this room is decorated with Farrow and Ball paints has, a period feel but all the mod cons – as above. This has a spacious en-suite bath/shower room. We have free parking on our private driveway area.

The king size double is £60 pppn with a £20 single person supplement The large family suite is £70 pppn with a £30 single person supplement, additional adults are £30 a night, children 5+ are charged at £15 per night (under 5s are free)

The Cider House is a self-contained little house in our garden. It is a sole booking and sleeps two or four using the sofa bed. Centrally heated with as much or as little heat as you like. It has Sky TV in the sitting room. Being in the middle of the countryside it is completely quiet. It is beautiful and so comfortable. Cooked breakfast is brought across to The Cider House at an arranged time. Continental breakfast is left in The Cider House for guests to prepare whenever they like. Beautiful, luxurious self-contained guest cottage in very rural surroundings with its own terrace and use of lovely garden. High tech facilities. Vaulted double bedroom ensuite, bathroom, sitting and dining room with sofa bed. Children welcome, but sorry no dogs.Disabled access to sitting room. Cash, cheques, and credit/debits cards accepted as payment.

£170 per night. There will be an additional charge of £20 per person for a single night. £110 per night for use of the sofa bed (in addition to a main double booking). Christmas and Easter prices do vary.
