May I bring my dog?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are permitted but must be kept on a short lead at all times.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we do have parking on-site on the lower field, but spaces are limited. If possible, we encourage you to walk, or car-share. There is limited blue badge parking at the top of East Court near the Mansion House.

The closest cash machines are in the town centre, but don’t worry—you can pay at the bar and food vendors using contactless, debit, or credit cards.

Are there toilets?

Yes. Toilets, including disabled and baby-changing facilities, are available on-site.

What is disabled access like?

The Lower Terrace is accessible via a wide, flat path from the car park and wheelchair users should have no trouble getting around. However, the viewing area is mostly grass. Limited disabled parking is available near East Court Mansion, adjacent to the garden. If you need access, let our Traffic Marshalls know and they will direct you. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but space is limited. If you have specific needs, please reach out to our team to discuss them.

Can I bring a gazebo or umbrella?

No gazebos or umbrellas are allowed on the terraces but they can be put up past the walled area.

The event is a bit loud—who can I contact?

We understand that events create noise that isn’t part of East Grinstead’s usual Sunday atmosphere. We constantly monitor the sound levels to ensure they comply with The Noise Council’s code of practice on environmental noise at concerts.

See you on The Terraces… we can’t wait to welcome you ✨
