Whether you just need more space for a meeting or a central point for people to come together, there is enough free parking for all. Multiple rooms within East Court offers’ the flexibility to undertake various activities concurrently or to just provide a break out room and more.

Main Hall
The Main Hall is a beautiful historic room, providing an inspiring venue for any occasion. The original charming Georgian feature can be seen in the ornamental skirting boards and plasterwork, doorcases and a decorative fireplace.
The wooden floor is perfect for up to 70 people dancing or theatre style seating.
Council Chamber
The Council Chamber is an elegant room with magnificent eighteenth century ceiling plasterwork and a large fireplace. The Georgian architecture and interiors known for their elegance and bright interiors has been maximised by the dual aspect vista.
Refurbished in 2019, the boardroom table seats up to 22 people in comfort with spectacular views of the parkland and direct access to the terrace gardens. The table with integrated power sockets can be reconfigured as required or if preferred removed altogether.
Cranston Suite
The Cranston Suite is a flexible space which can be arranged in any layout you require, perfect for hosting meetings, workshops and small events. With views of the terraces and parkland the Cranston Suite can accommodate 40 people theatre style and 20 board room.
Mayor’s Parlour
If you need privacy and zero distractions, go for The Mayor’s Parlour. Perfect for formal pitches and presentations, one-to-ones and meetings for up to 8 people.
This beautiful room is available in boardroom format, so get ready for a productive day!

The Meridian Hall is the ideal location for your corporate event, meeting and community event, with its principal accommodation on the ground floor, the hall can accommodate up to 220 people.
