WEST Sussex District Council has given advance warning that the Northbound slip road between the Station Road roundabout and the A22 will be closed for eight weeks this autumn.

The closure is to allow for redevelopment of the bus interchange, and for pavement and carriageway construction to be carried out safely during the eight week project.

The area will remain open to pedestrians and emergency vehicles. Other traffic will be diverted via Railway Approach, London Road and the A22 Beeching Way.
