THE Filipino British Nurses Extra Care Team of East Grinstead, under founder Cllr Danny Favor, held a free health screening session at Our Lady and St Peter’s church earlier this month.

Parishioners who had free checks of their blood pressure, glucose levels and BMI were also able to support fundraising for the town’s Dementia Saturday Respite Club.

One of them Julian Spencer, will also be running in the East Grinstead 10k on 22 September to raise money for the club. Anyone who would like to sponsor Julian can contact Danny Favor on 07867846495, or Maribel Favor on 07528694112, to sign a sponsorship form.
