WITH just days to D-Day the town Bloom committee were making one last effort over the weekend to make sure East Grinstead is looking its pristine best for the arrival of the South and South East in Bloom judges on Thursday.

They did a final tidy up at the station on Saturday and then worked down at the Compass garden at Mount Noddy on Sunday.
