Belly Dancing or ‘Middle Eastern Dance’ is probably one of the oldest dance forms in history, although the dance has moved towards a more contemporary style, adapting to our current cultures, the movements and gestures are from ages past.
Chequer Mead Friends host an evening of exquisite demonstrative Belly Dancing techniques followed by an explanation by Lea of Hipsinc Belly Dancing School of how Belly Dancing came about and evolved.
