King Street toilets
The King Street toilets opened on 1st July 2012. Built by Mid Sussex District Council, the toilets were operationally handed over to the East Grinstead Town Council on 1st March 2013.

East Court public toilets
The Public Toilets on the East Court Estate reopened on 25th January 2019 after an extensive refurbishment, funded using financial contributions paid by developers to mitigate the impact of local housing development. The funding is known as Section 106, a community infrastructure contribution paid by developers to the District Council for use in the community.

Community Toilet Scheme
Toilets are available for public use at the following places in normal business hours. Those taking part in the scheme receive a small annual payment from Mid Sussex District Council towards the running of the scheme.
- Chequer Mead Theatre, De La Warr Road, East Grinstead
- Kings Leisure Centre, Moat Road, East
- East Grinstead Museum, Cantelupe Road, East Grinstead
Disabled facilities
All of the toilets listed above have disabled facilities accessible 24hrs/7 days a week with a RADAR key accessible.
- RADAR keys are issued free of charge to Mid Sussex residents
- Keys can be collected from the East Grinstead Library.
- The key remains the property of Mid Sussex District Council and must be returned when the holder no longer qualifies as a disabled resident.
Baby change facilities
Both East Court and King Street toilets listed have baby change facilities located in both the male and female toilets.
