Mid Sussex Primary Schools Cross Country Championship.

 On Wednesday January 16 (weather permitting)  East Grinstead Athletic Club will be helping with the Mid Sussex primary schools championships taking place at East Court. There will be runners from the primary schools in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and the Mid Sussex villages as well as from East Grinstead.

The East Grinstead runners were selected from those who did well in the East Grinstead races held at East Court in October 2018. The better runners from these Mid-Sussex races will then be chosen to represent Mid Sussex in the all Sussex championships later in the year.

 

Start times will be 1.30 pm for the girls and 2pm for the boys. Both boys and girls will run about 2,000 metres.

 

There is a reserve date in the case of bad weather of Wednesday January 30.
