A small dedicated staff team is responsible for the delivery of Town Council services and supporting the work of Councillors.

The Town Council has been awarded Quality Local Council status (2004) and is an accredited Investors in People organisation.

All office staff work at East Court Mansion other than the Tourist Information staff who are based in East Grinstead Library. The outdoor staff work from Mount Noddy Cemetery and other locations throughout the town.

The tourism desk is manned 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. When tourism staff are away from their desk a basic relief cover is kindly provided by staff of the West Sussex County Council Library service.
