Parish Halls

The various halls and rooms comprising the Parish Halls are situated in a turn of the century building in De La Warr Road on the fringe of the town centre. There are four separate areas available for hire.

The Large Hall has a stage and is suitable for theatrical performances with an audience capacity of up to 200. It is also used regularly for specialist markets, dance classes, W.I. meetings and by a wide range of community groups and organisations. There is a small bar/kitchen but use can also be made of the larger main kitchen if required. There are disabled facilities attached to this hall.

The Small Hall is regularly used for nursery schools, playgroups and ballet and dance classes. It is also suitable for small parties and meetings and a piano is available for use. The main kitchen can be used by hirers of this hall.

The Upstairs Hall is of similar size to the small hall and is suitable for a wide variety of uses. It is carpeted and has a small kitchenette and toilet facility. There is no disabled access.

The Committee Room on the ground floor is suitable for small lectures/tutorials and can be used for meetings of up to 15 people.

The Parish Halls complex is adjacent to a large pay and display public car park and is within easy walking distance of the town centre and station.
