 JOAN Wingfield of the East Grinstead Triathlon Club will be taking a novice bike ride around East Grinstead on Sunday 18 January. 

Joan said: “Everyone is welcome to join in, not just novices.  I will meet participants at the railway station car park in East Grinstead at 9am.  We will do a bit of skills coaching and then head out for a ride around lanes north of the town.” 
Anyone who would be interested in going along can contact Joan via the club’s website so that she can assess if there will be enough riders for two groups, and so she can let riders know if the event is cancelled due to bad weather - @egtri.com
